This product works 50% of the time, the other 50% it spends the time freezing and flashing it's LED lights

Pop in the card press the button and the led status lights tell you when the import is done.

Yesterday I noticed all the lights blinking on the device (battery lights as well as Wifi and disk lights) - and the device was inaccessible.

In wifi mode I get the fast blinking LED lights all of them at the same time

They should be ashamed of launching a product that needed a significant firmware update almost immediately to do what the unit was advertised as a capability, and then not provide virtually ANY documentation at all with it, as well as burying the location of the .PDF manual in such tiny print that it took a bright light to read it up close, and I considered a magnifying glass just to make sure I was reading it properly.

well i opened it up anyway and to my disappointment the product was scratched like deep gouges down the side of the product and also had smug marks all over it

And looking at the options if I purchase one (and I very well may) will go for the 4T version as the price differential for another 3T is not that much.

In fact I disabled 2.4ghz to eliminate the slower band all together
