WD 3TB My Cloud Personal Network Attached Storage - NAS - WDBCTL0030HWT-NESN

    • I don't like the interface, but it does everything advertised.
    • Out of the box, this does not support a guest-accessible read-only share.
    • If you're wanting to connect another drive to the USB port, be advised that Western Digital STILL does not allow exFAT support for connected external drives
    • So, be warned: it does not work if you have AT&T Uverse.
    • It does have one flaw, however, that is perhaps fatal.
    • Twonky does not work
    • Seriously...how does a firmware update kill your product?
    • First it does not play well with Arris brand routers.
    • This cloud does not auto back up, user interface is horrible i wish i could return it but is too late , do not buy this
    • Will probably buy another in the next year or so to mirror/dupe my data in case it does ever crash.
    • The product does not work any longer
    • Several attempts to perform resets (4s and 40s reset) still does not resolve the issue and not able to load the /UI page
    • This is not as fast as more expensive multi-disc raid NAS systems but does fine for storing pics, hosting vids and system backups
    • Out of the box, this does not support a guest-accessible read-only share.
    • Everything as advertised but iTunes server does not work with Apple TV
    • This thing, plain and simple, does not work
    • Western Digital does not work with AT&T Uverse modem/router.
    • I purchased this unit as a backup to protect my wedding and vacation photos
    • on the negative side, the data transfer speed (I/O) is not great.
