If you're wanting to connect another drive to the USB port, be advised that Western Digital STILL does not allow exFAT support for connected external drives

So, be warned: it does not work if you have AT&T Uverse.

It does have one flaw, however, that is perhaps fatal.

Seriously...how does a firmware update kill your product?

First it does not play well with Arris brand routers.

This cloud does not auto back up, user interface is horrible i wish i could return it but is too late , do not buy this

Will probably buy another in the next year or so to mirror/dupe my data in case it does ever crash.

Several attempts to perform resets (4s and 40s reset) still does not resolve the issue and not able to load the /UI page
