If you're wanting to connect another drive to the USB port, be advised that Western Digital STILL does not allow exFAT support for connected external drives

So, be warned: it does not work if you have AT&T Uverse.

First it does not play well with Arris brand routers.

This cloud does not auto back up, user interface is horrible i wish i could return it but is too late , do not buy this

Several attempts to perform resets (4s and 40s reset) still does not resolve the issue and not able to load the /UI page

This is not as fast as more expensive multi-disc raid NAS systems but does fine for storing pics, hosting vids and system backups
