My device is working perfectly fine with Windows, Android, iOS and even Ubuntu

On the plus windows 10 worked just fine the software with no issue.

I use Drop box a lot a work and love the ability to pull things up wherever I am

Lose connection all the time working with ethernet, to slow access, either with wireless or ethernet connection

I've never lost work due to drive

While the mobile and desktop apps work, sync is completely broken and I get a "mycloudname" is missing error after a few days.

Accessing with a PC works great

The twonky media service works great and after downloading an app for my Rolu, I was able to stream music and videos with out problems.

Been about a month and has work well so far

Big headache that one PC works with both 3TB and 4TB WD drives while the other PC works with the 3TB Mybook, and gets stuck with the 4TB MyCloud

The cloud access works well and connecting directly from the network is also easy

The drive is also recognized from other devices on my home network, as for example by my TV (Samsung), which permits to stream music and movies to the TV (this works quite well and fast, without the video getting stuck)Resuming, a good product, but it seems to work better with mobile and multimedia devices than with computers on the home network.

Over all this is working very well but was tricky getting it setup

WD responded quickly to the problem and now is setup and now is working great on my home network system!

It took a little while and some excellent assistance from the WD tech support to get my My Cloud working and available to some family users, but once I got that worked out and learned how to add Shares and Users as well as restrict access to various Shares, all has been working very well.

I bought it brand new, i installed it, connected it with a Mac and worked perfectly, whereas in my Widnows PC it does not recognise the device, its impossible to update it so it works, neither manual update works

My kids especially hate it, because I bought it to be a streaming media (Plex) server, but the drive is rarely working properly when they want to watch a movie

on the negative side, the data transfer speed (I/O) is not great.
