I get an error [drive]: not accessible

But I took off 3 stars because the new case lacks an activity light, a omission I consider a fatal error.

NOW, I have an inoperable HD (computer error '4T not accessible') with a bunch of personal stuff that I can't send back for security reasons

It lasted from the beginning of November to the 13th of January before having a fatal hardware error.

It says the drive is uninitialized and a fatal error has occured
