    • I found the setup on the latest model to be very complex and in the end did not work as advertised even after spending hours with tech support and returned it for a full refund
    • I spent three hours on a support call with a faint overseas tech support person asking me to change USB cables and powers cables
    • Then I spent hours troubleshooting the drives before calling WD tech support
    • Then I spent over three hours with their tech support while they did troubleshooting
    • What truly amazed me is the tech support received from Amazon.
    • The only place I was able to get the information was from WD tech support forums
    • RAN TESTS WITH WD-TECH SUPPORT
    • This device had to be reprogrammed by my tech support.
    • Unfortunately no one told WD tech support about this bug.
    • The accents of several of the tech support people was such that I had to ask them to repeat things 2 to 5 times.
