The iOS interface worked very well, and I was able to view my directories from my iPhone 7 with no problems or drama

Overall, this WD Cloud storage works quite well with its decent transfer speed and ease of access once everything is set up properly.

And it does work well for my time machine backups

The auto back-up feature for photos and videos from a smart phone worked well

The only negative was that some of the 3rd party software that this can run such as Plex isn't really documented and there are no how-to guides that we could find, so we haven't been able to get that working right

Besides that the plex feature works well enough for 2-3 devices
