WD tech support is horrible though

Worked for a month the just locked me out could access anything tech support sucked now its a paper weight.

Had to call tech support so we could make it comparable with Apple laptop

Tech Support never answered.

The tech support says there is nothing they can do for you but recommend one of their affiliate 3rd party data recovery software companies to recover your data

From there you call their tech support.
