I tried several times, still not working

Very fast read/right times

Ordered 8 of them at $106 now there $121 and 3 week lead time

I had a hard time setting this up

My computer would freeze every time i connected my hardrive

Excellent quality, using WD long time, no complains exactly what I was looking for

but it would also be an understatement because every time it was plugged my entire computer would freeze or lag, and by the time the drive would show up none of the files would be accessible and the ticking would still be there

I have used several WD portable HD's and have never had a problem before, but this time the WD Elements HD that I just purchased has totally Crashed after just 2 months !!

The light is on and I can hear the hard drive working, like the other reviews don’t waste your time buying this.

I rely on my external hard drive daily for my business so this is a HUUUUUGGGE issue for me -- files lost, money lost, time lost

The drives fail every time

Hopefully a new usb cord will do the trick, other wise I’m screwed 😩
