I am deducting 3 stars for their MyCloud feature (which I have disabled), and I wouldn't recommend enabling MyCloud feature if you store any sensitive or valuable data on the device

and I'm very happy with my purchase, again this product is ideal for novice users not advance as there appears to be some logical features missing

Drives had issue staying in standby however and would spin up regularly for seemingly no reason, even after disabling most features and functionality, and with no other systems on the network powered on to even attempt accessing it

I have since ordered 6 more for various clients as well as for internal use

Easy online setup I used a 3T toshiba hard drive I had laying around
