    • Tech support is incompetent, even telling me a full back up was not possible on a network drive.

    • if you get to this to work stable for a week you should play the power ball.not to mention the WD tech support are a bunck of out source indians who have a poor command of english and just cut and paste pages out of the user manual for tech supportbuy a qnap and save the hair on your head
