It came with the cradle, and it's not made out of some really cheap plastic, the usb cord plug-in and the adapter for the car.

I like mine on the WIlson cup holder gooseneck mount even though it keeps falling off unless you jam in on so tight your worry about breaking the plastic

We do see an improvement from 'no bars' to enough 'bars' to make a call with a 2G phone with T-Mobile but inconsistent, not due to the booster but due to a weak tower signal
