Ten minutes after they arrived the annoying set screw was history and I am happily assembling parts to rebuild the lamp.

This set isn’t expensive, and I’ll say it paid for itself in one use

Extractor sets are supposed to extract, not embed their broken tips into the object and end up resembling a tiny wedge of poop helplessly stuck in your dog's butt while he spins around in circles trying to see what in the hell is going on!I have used many extractor sets before, and this was the biggest waste of money, and most of all the biggest waste of my time having to now do double the work to not only extract the screw but now to also drill out the broken bit of the extractor tip stuck in the hex head!Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time on this product and pay a bit more for more robust sets that actually extract rather than make you do twice the work and frustrate you rather than help
