    Wheeler Engineering Hammer and Punch Set with Brass, Steel, Plastic Punches, Brass/Polymer Hammer and Storage Case for Gunsmithing Maintenance

    • I was able to get a stubborn pin out of a firearm
    • So far, I've used this set to detail-strip my Zastava M57 (Tokarev) and punch out stubborn pins on sporting rifles, as well as doing some work on an MP5 clone
    • Additionally the pin I used started to mar the tip of the punch.
    • Hammer threads broke easily so the head just spins around, and several punches bent the first 5 minutes just punching out a roll pin.
    • I've knocked some tough pins out of place with this thing without feeling at all like I'd need to reach for something bigger
    • but I needed to punch out a pin holding the firing pin in place on my pistol and didn't want to use a tool not meant for the task
    • messed up a couple punches on stubborn roll pins, but still a good set for most uses

    • Excellent punch set and hammer, worked great for knocking the pins out of my AR-15 upper receiver and AK-47 bolt, as well as disassembling my Glock handguns.
    • Punches seem decent but the hammer is small only measuring 7 inches long but should drive out all but the toughest pins.
    • If you run into a stubborn pin I can guarantee the punch will loose
