The new, not very well working, non-foam interior cradle

I am now stuck with another TWO non-foam interior cradles that DO NOT WORK as well as the foam cradles... as well as continued crappy phone service.

I love the options to secure the cradle.

Cradle works great with a thin TPU case on my Samsung Galaxy S4.

I also found that I can have the cradle holding my LTE 4G modem and lay my phone on top

The cradle seems to work better with the iPhone than with my old flip phone, probably has something to do with the iPhone's internal antenna arrangement as opposed to the flip phone's external antenna.

With the stock battery and thin TPU case for my S4, this cradle works great!

The cradle works as advertised and appears much sturdier than the tiny antenna cable we have used in the past.

I like the vent holder for the handset cradle because the A/C keeps the phone cold during use and should help the phone battery last longer, maybe that changes in the winter-we'll see

Disappointing as the last time I spoke with Tech Support the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful.
