so I wasted $13.00 there, but I have already made money back on the total purchase of this powerful efficient booster
I use it with a good 20 db gain permanent roof antenna and a digital 3 watt signal booster, improving my range by 10's of miles and eliminating the largess of dropped calls when I'm out working/ driving in the boonies of Wyoming and other places in the Rocky Mountain boonies

Phone must remain in cradle for benefit, so it must be used with phones built in speaker phone (awkward and not safe) or better yet, a good blue tooth hands free setup.

The mounts that are included feel strong but bulky
It also came with more mounting options that the one in the amp kit came with, including a fantastic windshield mount that I use in certain vehicles.

the product is a great investment if you are looking for a cell phone booster accessory
Best investment we made.

The dual band cradle works as advertised fairly well in my rural neighborhood
Other than that, it works as advertised, it holds a cell phone.
Disappointing as the last time I spoke with Tech Support the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful.
The cradle works as advertised and appears much sturdier than the tiny antenna cable we have used in the past.

* Supports any Hands-Free Device Including Ear-Buds & Bluetooth Products
I like the vent holder for the handset cradle because the A/C keeps the phone cold during use and should help the phone battery last longer, maybe that changes in the winter-we'll see
It is NOT advertised that this device is NOT compatible with the Wilson Dual Band amp
So if there is any signal from a tower in the area- this device works good to amplify

Like the rest of the Wilson products I've purchased and used, this is a quality product and fairly priced.
Good price

Great product along with other wilson products I've used.
The tech reassured me that the product must have been defective because the connectors are supposed to be pretty secure.

it didn't fit my phone, otherwise 5 stars, looked like a good product

I haven't really been able to verify if data speeds are faster, but voice and text work a lot better

Cradle works great with a thin TPU case on my Samsung Galaxy S4.
I like the vent holder for the handset cradle because the A/C keeps the phone cold during use and should help the phone battery last longer, maybe that changes in the winter-we'll see
I also found that I can have the cradle holding my LTE 4G modem and lay my phone on top
I am now stuck with another TWO non-foam interior cradles that DO NOT WORK as well as the foam cradles... as well as continued crappy phone service.
The new, not very well working, non-foam interior cradle

I had called Tech Support first with some questions about the cradle and spoke with a woman who had no clue what I was talking about.

If I use an extended battery (with extended case) like Rav Power makes, it barely gets any signal when in this cradle, but slightly better than no cradle.
I put my iphone in the cradle and never lose signal now where I didn't have signal before
Where Sprint looses signal, I pickup a roaming signal at nearly full strength -76, 5 of 6 bars but only with the booster
Also my modem looses 3G and goes to 1X with Velcro adapters

Works fine, allowing external antenna for most cellphones, greatly improving signal strength in the boonies
