However, there was only one spot on my Mini Clubman where I could place the antenna and that was at a minimally allowed distance between sun roof and car antenna; got it all connected, though, which was quite easy, and flicking the conveniently placed on/off switch to on caused the device to light up and by all indications it was set to work; took it for a spin from the shore area to further inland (just a few miles difference) and made local calls from a variety of spots (2, 3 & 4 bars) and compared them while the 'Signal Booster' was turned on, and off

I run mine with both a phone and a Verizon mifi card, and keeps a 4G signal in some amazing places, and even 3G or 1X in places you would expect nothing at all

Manufacturer recommends placing that at ear level, but if I'm thinking it'd be great to attach it to a place that already accepts Velcro by nature

This is a flat antenna, and must be placed somewhere optimal.
