You should have a violin tuner on-hand or download a free tuner app if possible

If you buy this one, I do recommend a tuner, especially until these strings are stretched in well

The tuners won't hold any tension and just unwind after you put any tension on the strings.

Use the fine tuners to get the note down perfectly, but only after you let the strings rest and stretch a bit
