There are some signal issues when the weather is too bad, but I can live with that

Both worked fairly well mounted in the family room under good weather conditions, but fared poorly during windy conditions, probably due to trees moving in the wind.

The only time it does is during bad weather..

As has been pointed out in several internet articles, a preamp will NOT capture signals that are extremely weak or "corrupted" by multi-path distortion or poor weather

Some of the channels started to pixilate &/or drop out, especially during bad weather.

Now, in summer of 2016 the weather has warmed and the trees are fully leafed out.

We have had some very stormy weather here this summer and during these storms my picture quality was still HD.Things to bare in mind, I do not have a booster/amplifier rigged up to the antenna, I may install one to see if that give e more channel - I will update this review if I go down that path

I've tried a lot of indoor, small antennas to get the DTV channels in my area, but they all had issues especially in non-perfect weather (cloudy, rainy, etc.)
