The sound is very good, actually better than the Yamaha that it replaced.

The sound is amazing, the Bass that comes out is great(don't need my subwoofer) and just overall amazing

The sound isn't that loud, not sure how many watts it offers, but not as much as the old school jvc that was hooked up before

Normal size living room and 6 small speakers give you great sound and more then enough volume with plenty to spare even with a large subwoofer
