The product was a bit difficult to connect to the monitor I am using and has subsequently stopped working and I am unable to determine why.

They are a bit uncomfortable over my ears after about an hour and it's tricky to get the headphone to connect to the charger, but the green light comes on when one finally does make the connection.

The set up was a bit tricky but after that, it has been smooth sailing.

Then when dialogue comes on background noise drops back a bit and dialogue comes through loud and clear

It's default volume level is a bit louder than I expected, but with the volume on the left ear it's easy to adjust.

After trying to set up this product on multiple TVs using the necessary connections for each TV we tried, we still couldn't get it to work even the slightest bit.

Recharge caddy could be a bit easier to fit the headphones in when not in use but that is so minor compared to the high quality sound and ease of use

...and worth every bit of the few extra dollars more in cost than the cheaper sets available.

Only negative is they will start to feel a bit uncomfortable on your ears after 2+ hours of use.

I bought these for my grandfather because he is hard of hearing, they were a little bit hard to figure out how to get them set up and use but they are serving their purpose

The one thing that is not perfect is the fact that the error tone for max or min volume is a bit too loud; if you are not expecting it, it will startle you.
