Used wires hook up already installed from broken SONY set but used the provided power cord because I was not sure same as SONY product.

This set works fine as does a set we have at our winter home

Ahh... I would recommend this set to anyone who doesn't want to listen to a loud TV going all day long!

The set up was easy

when adjusting the volume on the headset to the lowest volume, there is a horrifically loud tone that is audible in the headset and in the room when you reach the quietest volume setting

Contacted Artiste and explained the problem and after a few attempts to correct with their instructions, which were unsuccessful they sent me a new set that worked good just like the first two sets.

I use mine every night, and the set up was so easy.

Easy set up, good range and sound quality

Instead of allowing you to turn it down as low as you like, there is a minimal setting and even a little beep that tells you when you've reached the minimal setting

Tried swapping base headset and wire connectors from the sets that worked but it was just a bad set.

The set-up was fairly ease (as we did this over the phone).

Simple enough hookup, works with my new Smart Tv after choosing the proper audio setting, and they don't detract from decor.

My previous set from another different brand, were very good but the inside of the headphones started to peel off and it was a big mess every time I used them

The set up was easy, it’s comfortable to wear (he obviously doesn’t have hearing aids, so it might be a bit uncomfortable if you were wearing them with this) he can have the tv on loud enough for him to hear without disturbing the neighbors.

The new set arrived within a few days and worked as advertised.

I highly recommend this headphone set.

The only negative is that you cannot MUTE the sound ... you can turn the volume up or down but the lowest setting is still very audible.

The lowest setting is too loud for me.
