I have tried many different products out there and have been disappointed each time

and I'm going to bed at almot the sane time

Purchased for my father who is 70 and has a hard time hearing, he loves them!

I was having such a hard time hearing the TV and I increase the volume pretty high and still couldn’t hear

I recommend these to my friends all the time.

Initially I had a hard time connecting it because I have a smart TV and needed an adapter.

The first time the headset cracked within 9 months (not quite as stylish with duct tape), then the charging connection became really finicky - had to be set

The first time I put them on I was shocked

I did NOT like the default volume being so loud every time it connects, rather than being low volume and adjust it up

it was just bad and bad timing.

Not that annoying, I know now that the super loud ding sound strikes after hitting the ‘Lower volume’ button the 10th time so I just know to only ever press

Bought this product for my girlfriend's father a retired Firefighter who has a terrible time hearing, his hearing is so bad that when you would go to his house you could hear the tv from the driveway, with no Windows open

Distortion big time

I have a hard time getting the charging connectors to hit the charging part on the headset

The sound quality on these headphones are amazing compared to others we have tried and my Grandma had the biggest smile on her face the first time she tried them out!

This time it lasted about 5-7 minutes before the sound when silent again

the first time i heard it, it was very startling and i have to be careful not to lower the volume all the way down.

As each time you turn it off, your risking it not being able to reconnect

These worked perfect one time then quit connecting to my tv

My previous set from another different brand, were very good but the inside of the headphones started to peel off and it was a big mess every time I used them

My husband has a hard time hearing but with these he is able to hear what is going on while watching his show(s)

They work so well that he has a hard time hearing the phone when it rings
