Tech support was literally NO HELP at all.

I called tech support they said because it was a used printer that it don't come with a manual

HOWEVER,.... I just learned and confirmed with Epson Tech Support that THIS PRINTER WILL ONLY WORK WITH ORIGINAL EPSON INK CARTRIDGES
