The sharpener only sharpened on one side and didn't give a central great point

But if that excellent point is made half of pencil lead and half of WOOD, it's not going to be MUCH use to you

Tried it on several different pencils and found that getting a great point wasn't achievable

Every time I use this sharpener I get the most perfect point

I think my favorite feature is the auto cutoff at the perfect sharpened point, it works great

As far as functionality it really does an awesome job at sharpening a wide variety of pencils from Prismacolor Premeire to Caran D'ache and more

I own many fine artist grade colored pencils and the sharpener did a great job every time

I guess that's why some of the consumers said the sharper didnt do its job.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.If you're one of the obviously thousands of lucky people who don't get a crap lemon of a sharpener from the factory, you'll probably enjoy this sharpener a great deal

I've used this product before, but this sharpener broke within my 3rd week of school in my classroom.

But, this product does not work properly

Barring any malfunction in the immediate future, this is an extremely amazing product

In fact, I paid full price, expecting a decent product (after all, I had seen someone else's sharpener work, in person, and it was great), or at the VERY least, DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.They would not replace the sharpener and they would offer no further help until I could "document" that I had attempted to DISASSEMBLE THE PRODUCT AND FIX IT MYSELF!!

I like the sharpener works on pencils of different sizes

Don’t use a bunch of sizes but the ones I use work great.

So far so good; working just like I want it to.

I have ordered one for the home office, work office and the art area, no complaints, just bummed that I wasted time and money trying others that just don't compare.

The kids love it, too and enjoy sharpening pencils without difficulty.

My kids always had excuses why homework couldn’t be done but not anymore 😂

I teach little kids and they love to watch a pencil disappear into the sharpener.

AND the Amazon listing BOTH say it will stop when the pencil is sharp.

But for ordinary pencils, not the best, but more common pencils, they work better than you imagine.

I am unhappy with how rough the pencil is at the end, and it does not appear to have a stop mechanism, eating up my pencils.

FYI , I have tried two quality pencils, the pencil sharper doesnt work well on those cheap pencils, like I meant those $8.99 for 50 pencils kind.
