but if you haven't worked out in a long time, if you're not very coordinated, I would try something else to get yourself into better shape and used to working out your body then try this, otherwise you will likely be unable to do a lot of the workouts in this game and it could become a deterrent to your goal of getting into shape

I specifically bought an X-box for my child so she could get in better shape, not become a couch potato

If you're not in good shape, you'll still get a good workout, but don't let the trainer push you too intensely or you'll burn yourself out and quit using the program.
