If you're not in good shape, you'll still get a good workout, but don't let the trainer push you too intensely or you'll burn yourself out and quit using the program.

Every week the drills get a little longer, they do introduce a few new workouts as time progresses, and the number of reps and time of each drill is almost triple to when I began 2 months ago
