The flaw, the rumble is useless, I can't feel it

Its fatal flaw is the missing LB and RB buttons, it can't be used for career mode.

As already stated, the fatal flaw of the controller is it does not contain the left and right shoulder buttons which many games require.

I would have gave it five stars, but I think the omission of left and right bumpers is a flaw that Microsoft could easily rectify since it is needed for some games
