This version seems to be made out of rigid/inflexible plastic, which makes it uncomfortable

and it's just the hard plastic band pressing against my head

Sound and mic quality are ok but the plastic feels really cheap and i could never get it adjusted so that it sat comfortably on my head

Just be careful because it is made out of flimsy plastic so it might break easily.

We are happy with this xbox one headset, no malfunctions, and has not broke yet as of jan

Since I didn't like the headset, I cut the cord and spliced it in with my Astro A40 chat headset and use my old Astros for chat now since Microsoft never made an adapter as they promised.

Works as if it was brand new!

It's uncomfortable, never feeling like it's sitting correctly on my head, and apparently prone to breaking (I've only had one break so far)

Got it w/the Xbox on relesse day and the mic just recently broke (prolly b/c of my 18 month old)
