Genuine XBOX product.

Horrible product, my son had these for a little over a month and they are already broken!

Love the product, I think XBONE charges a bit too much for these things

This product is the cheapest set I could find, because 4 other sets just like this one has broken the wire within a 2month period,which makes me have to keep a new one handy for having to ship the broken one in for warranty replacement.

Microsoft really needs to address the sub-par durability, it's almost as this product is taped together and falls apart with minimal wear and tear.

Although I recommend the product I would recommend purchasing the insurance too

I am just so sick of these cheaply made modern products designed to break so the consumer is forced to drop more money into a new one

Be sure to remove the headset by pulling on the box that connects it to your controller; this product will break on you after about 3 months of use if you remove it from your controller by pulling on the cord.
