    Xbox One Chat Headset

    • Microphone and speaker still work, however, the damaged internal wiring at the point where the headset cord meets the controller adapter requires me to hold/pull cord in a specific direction in order to transmit clear voice
    • The item showed up broken the wire was frayed
    • I think the wiring must be extremely fragile.
    • What kills me the most is that the wireless 360 headset worked perfectly and Microsoft disabled the Bluetooth chips in Xbox one so that they can sell these overpriced wired ones designed to break after a couple months
    • The wiring is junk so they start to fizzle out after a few months
    • It will break the wires on the inside even with the smallest tug
    • The wires aren't too strong and cause crackling after you use them a while.. my fellow gamers complained that I had crackling in my audio, that I was too quiet/muffled/cut out.. the microphone seems to give out.
    • The only con about this headset is the wire is extremely thin and tangles very easily and could end up breaking the wires connection
    • Very thin/fragile wire, which means you WILL be replacing this in a year or so
    • It will eventually either just stop working or produce a constant, intolerable noise in parties and game chat due to faulty wiring sooner rather than later

    • This product is the cheapest set I could find, because 4 other sets just like this one has broken the wire within a 2month period,which makes me have to keep a new one handy for having to ship the broken one in for warranty replacement.
