Yamaha DD65 Electronic Drum Pad Premium Package with Headphones, Power Supply, Drum Sticks, and 2 Foot Pedals

    • I haven't dug into the full set of features yet, but it seems well tooled as far as capabilities go
    • Other than that small issue, this drum machine is a great tool to learn to play drums on.
    • with an MP 3 player or mobile phone (to do this, you'll need to buy a male to male audio cable);- learn beats/styles that are programmed into the DD 65, playing along with the drum parts and selectively silencing some or all of the drum parts, while keeping the music from the other instruments (this is a great learning tool);- have an almost unlimited variety of drum sets to play different styles of music; and- save your hearing; unless you connect the DD 65 to an amp, it is difficult to play it too loud (either through its speakers or headphones); acoustic drum sets are much more risky in this way, unless they are muted
    • Also, each drum pad features a little light that flashes every time you hit it, which is a great visual tool for beginners like me
    • It is a great tool to learn on as well as an easy unit to transport for playing out.
    • This is a very nice practice tool for a non-drummer like myself.
    • This is durable, compact enough to store out of the way, sounds great and excellent tool to teach the kids.
    • I a nice tool that allows one the ability to practice and not encroach on others
