The factory sounds are great, the pads are very responsive and overall the set has a great feel

The pads are nice & responsive to drum sticks and adjustable sensitivity lets you get some real dynamics to your recorded MIDI (unlike punching notes in one by one).The kick and hihat pedals are really not terribly good however
