Good quality product but the crossbar design makes it little unstable when placed at the highest level, especially if someone sits little too far from middle.

First of all, please pay attention that it is NOT Yamaha - it is produced by some sort of no-name company in China (adequately packaged though).The quality of material seems fine(will confirm over time).Height adjustment may require extra effort as it is NOT like in office chair when you just bush a button - with this chair you have to place it horizontally, then carefully unscrew the central knob (no tools required), catch two falling out spacers, then align the bolt with a new hole, place the spacers back and screw the knob back on - not a complex operation, but not so easy as it could have been be it office chair.
