Only time will tell if the reliability is as good as my other Yamaha products, but after really bad experiences with very expensive surround-sound receivers from Onkyo (multiple instances of HDMI board failure) and Pioneer Elite (the dreaded UE22 error that has bricked many 2011-2012 Elite models), I have stuck with Yamaha for my replacements because of poor experiences with customer relations at Onkyo and Pioneer

Very good product the only problem was the remote did not work with it

The product itself is easy to set up, has several "input" choices that works well for the hub to my home entertainment system with CDs, radio, movie projector, and bluetooth.

For the sound quality, it has harsh sound, again, do not expect good sound from this cheap product.
