    • Very difficult to lock into a good combination of reverb/delay and or chorus/flange/trem….Surprising limited clean headroom through the clean channel.
    • I play a strat on the clean channel (high gain/high master) and a PRS on the 5 other models (dual humbuckers).
    • I use an Xotic SP Compressor with the clean channel and the tone is unbelievable
    • I especially like the Fender Twin (labeled "clean") channel
    • It's not like other practice amps where all the "channels" just sound like a louder/gainier version of the last one, each amp setting has its own EQ needs and feels like a different boutique amp
    • I use it exclusively with my Two Notes Le Lead into the clean channel
    • The clean channel leaves a little bit to be
    • The clean channel is beautiful, but not nearly as loud as overdriven channels
    • I will say that I got closer to the tone I was looking for by using the clean channel and using a trusty dirt pedal of mine
    • The speakers themselves don't chime very well on clean channels
    • The clean channel has nice depth to it and not at all flat or dead sounding
    • The Clean & Crunch channels sound like early classic Fender
    • You will never hear chords so bright and clean as when you play through this
