Not noisy and the best feature has to be the 2way talk system and the app it self.

I bought this product because of the pan/tilt feature and auto-cruise feature but this feature is useless if the bookmarks do not stay where they are bookmarked

In addition to the pan and tilt feature, the camera has the amazing features of motion tracking (following wherever there is movement in the room) and auto-cruise (constantly scanning the room)
