Love the quality this lens captures

The copy I got is poor quality

Downsides are the cheap build quality, loud robotic focus motor, and uneven bokeh quality across the image

Superior quality for a great price, one of my favorite lenses by far

you are able to capture an image, the quality is good, a little soft but not bad

The bride absolutely loved the image quality that came out of it from the photos she selected, and it worked really well.

of course I know we aren't talking about Sigmas like a couple friends I know have, but I did read and look at the reviews and also watched a youtube review by Digital Rev TV (which has really good camera product reviews) which basically seem to sum up this lens, the build quality feels plastic and cheap similar to Canon's nifty 50 f1.8 lens Canon

If you read blogs on reviews about this product, it is true the quality is not as precise as a Canon 35mm, there's a difference in the sharpness and some other technicalities, but I have no complaints for the price and value this lens brings.

The build quality is a step up from the canon plastic fantastic 50s but it would explode with a slight drop to the floor or under pressure in a camera bag.
