Easy to put on, feels great to use, good price, have not tested glass yet with a bang, but hopefully it protects as advertised.
Bought this item to protect my iPhone b:c I used to work in thr cell phone industry and knew 1)glass screen protectors are the best, and 2) Zagg makes a good product
I liked this product because it was at such a good price
Of course the first thing I do is log onto Amazon so I can get the best price
Quick shipping, great price, but product arrived damaged and unusable.
As other reviewer have noted, I find this product to be incredible once installed
I have a friend who said hers cracked as

this item is extremely delicate. upon installing this screen protector the protector literally cracked; I wasted my time and money because i was expecting this screen protector to be a bit stronger.
Be careful not to get dust underneath when installing.
There is a small gap between the protector with the "case friendly" version
It separates in the corner that overhangs and is not case friendly
I bought the coral blue color and it was a much more glossy, hard plastic case.
I had it in a thin-hard plastic case, but the phone fell onto the corner-front of the screen on a tile kitchen floor and the cover did not do anything helpful.
And in all these cases I had the "case friendly" version which is supposedly cut smaller than usual
I had a friend who works for Verizon and installs these professionally all day, in his opinion, he stated these have to be knock off because of the poor quality
it helps a lot in preventing fingerprints, and the screen does not lose any quality with it on
The product is always as described and of superior quality
and now I have to buy a third because the Zagg screen protector is such bad quality.
Good quality product but does not get dark enough to provide privacy.
The tabs on the top and bottom make it pretty much idiot proof.
Probably a manufacturer defect as the white tab was also not working on one of my other ones
While gently pulling the #1 tab to remove the first layer for application the glass shattered from top to bottom
I ordered three of these upon trying to install one of the screens it broke as the white tab to separate the top layer bent the glass as I was trying to separate it.

but whats the point of that if you have chips and cracks across the screen!
In one week I have chips in the glass protector and one crack.
Now, less that two weeks later, the new screen is chipped and cracked again.
It looked and felt great when I first put it on, but like other reviews here, it started to chip within the first week.
The crack appeared near the cut-out for the finger button, so I suspect my putting my finger in that area cracked the protector.
This will definitely do the job.*EDIT*One thing that will make putting this on your phone a LOT easier, is not only following the directions, but, put this on your phone in the bathroom after a nice hot shower.

I would imagine this would have to be the case for a glass shield, because it would be an extremely thin and fragile piece of glass if they tried to make it a circular cutout for the home button, for example...it would break off the moment it was even tapped on something.
Similar to multiple product reviews, this protector will crack, especially the part that goes around the home button, it seems like the protector want to start cracking from there the moment it is out of the protective sticker
Its also a dust magnet the moment you peel off the protective film
