Very very good Gimbal

The focus/zoom wheel is breathtaking, at least there’s a gimbal I can make professional quality videos with

I have an iPhone X and this seemed to be a great gimbal for what I have

Unfortunately, the android app is terrible, the Gimbal doesn't stay connected to my phone's bluetooth or connect automatically, the gimbal is difficult to stabilize, and for 3 days, I just haven't gotten it to work as advertised.

I originally purchased a Smooth Q gimbal from Zhiyun and had no problems with it

Once it is fixed it will be the best gimbal on the market.

SIMPLY THE BEST GIMBAL EVER!!!!!!!

Please fix the android app so that it will be perfect mobile gimbal.

I intend to update this review after I’ve used it for a few days.----UPDATE--I received the replacement and this unit was even worse; connectivity to the app was intermittent; the app kept flashing "Please connect device" even though the functions were available and the Smoot 4 showed as connected; several minutes later the problems I had with the first unit were replayed, but this time the gimbal would suddenly stop stabilizing and go to "rest" in a canted position

Its a nice gimbal but all of the features and controls are absolutely useless if you plan on using it on an android phone

Gimbal is good and smooth, the app for android is really bad and usless as most of the functions noy working, i am using huawei p20 pro

The "gimbal" went limp several times during initial use and scratched/slightly cracked the screen of my new phone

Any time I use it, my friends will be impressed just by seeing how well it works as a gimbal, then I tell them it's other capabilities and how much it cost, and they're floored

Sometimes you can be moving the gimbal in one direction and it just suddenly jerks to the right or left.

I just got this new gimbal but so far I really like it.

This is a pretty useless gimbal

CONS- once in a while, the gimbal goes limp and stops stabilizing in the middle of shooting
