Once you do have the antenna in place it does give you a crystal clear picture.

infrared remote doesn't work; manual rotation stopped working
tv remote and other wireless remotes hit the same frequency and often changes the position of the antenna and now for some odd reason the yellow light on the booster box stays on and the rotation has completely stopped working

If you are looking for a great way to dip your toes into the Over-the-Air/Cable-Cutter trend this would be hard to pass up.
The antenna its self is kind of cheap looking, plastic parts, etc, but it seams study enough for hanging out on a pole
