I am surprised how many stations we now get and the picture is as good as any dish or cable provider seems better on a lot of stations in fact I highly recommend this product also I did reach out to customer service on a sunday and they were communicating back with me within the hour and very courteous the best customer service I have ever got from any company GREAT ANTENNA !!!

First of all the antenna is awesome for such a small compact lightweight unit I still find it hard to believe that it gets all of the channels it does, and the picture is unbelievable, it is as good if not better than the satellite TV that I had

Just got this today hooked it all up in about an hour with the channel scanning and stuff so pretty easy setup nice clear picture

Bye bye cable subscription and hello clearer picture quality on the channels I can get for free.

The reception is outstanding; the picture crisp and clear

The picture is very clear and we can get about 16 channels

I like the fact the antenna can rotate for best reception since I can only mount it near the room with the TV.

I did not pickup anymore stations than I could with the other antenna but the picture does not pixelate any more and I can rotate the antenna for the best reception.

All the other Antennas we tried were frustrating and constantly freezing up or loosing reception

Since before I installed it on the outside, this antenna already captured all the free TV channels in the area where I live

Did not want to install expensive cable in a home used for seasonal vacation rental

We are very pleased with the antenna and the perfect answer for ditching expensive cable.

#2 - The cable that goes from the Antenna to the power source is terminated within the power source (as opposed to being able to disconnect it).

Apparently, they decided to just send a new complete unit to replace the bad one vice waiting for a lone drive motor

I contacted the vendor and Jessica immediately said "Must be a bad motor" and sent me another one

The motor on the antenna was defective which happens time to time with any motor or electrical component
