Awesome label maker
Overall, it is a decent label maker, but I'm sure there are better options out there.
I have few complaints with this label printer, but one of them is worth noting: the printer's tendency to waste labels

Like other reviewers, sometimes the tape jams up inside the machine, sometimes the (black) ink portion of the tape comes out of the machine (not supposed to do that)

As has been noted at length by another reviewer on this page, these labelers are designed to waste the tape.
I have only wasted one cartridge and that was because I did not know how to properly remove the cartridge during a jam
But the cartridge was faulty and it unraveled on the second label.
