you work non-standard hours or live with people with different shifts this product is useless, you will wake up your roommates and neighbors every time you use it.

Never worked right from the start.....would burn half your food and undercook the other half.

It looks ok but the door is hard to open and it's a noisy microwave.

Top door hinge was completely loose

I noticed the door was flimsy from the beginning but never expected the lightweight small design to be a serious manufacturer flaw

The only thing is that the door is a little louder when closing the door

I liked it until the door release broke six days after it went off product support.

Hopefully it will last, since it has had some bad reviews.

I cannot believe I bought this one with all the bad reviews, as that I how I usually buy most of my items on Amazon.

I was reading the reviews and just assumed that some of the people were just being jerks about this microwave, but no, the bad reviews were true

Works adequately, but it does take longer than most microwaves to boil water (just as reference point)

and when i told them the water remained cold they said it was defective

The water boiled in 3.25 minutes (3 minutes and 15 seconds).

I use these settings almost exclusively in other microwaves I've bought in the past so this just strikes me as a weird design (flaw in my opinion).

It isn't the best microwave and the user interface is a little sloppily designed, but the sale price was excellent and it has worked pretty well so far.

I did not keep this microwave, it made a very loud humming noise and would get louder as it ran

and today it sparked , made a loud popping noise and then emitted smoke

It makes loud noises and doesn't heat things from the first time we plugged it in

Like the look except mine came with a ding in the side and once in a while it really makes loud noise!

On top of that it makes a TERRIBLE noise when it first starts up.

I have never given this poor of a review, but the first day I opened it the number pad was already coming off.

Unfortunately, have to return it because the film covering the number pad started to bubble after one week's use and the door was not closing correctly hampering operation

Now one of the digital numbers has gone out on the display and the number pad plastic has severely bubbled

It's plenty powerful and heats quickly, but the plastic film over the number pad separated from the numbers within a week making it ugly and hard to read.

I love the microwave but it came dented in a dented box

My son destroyed the original box -- otherwise I will return this microwave as soon as possible ......

Box showed considerable damage and oven had a huge dent in the top.

just scared the heck out of me

Now in year two with the paint gone the wheels have dug a rut into the metal base so deep a hole broke threw and the machine smells like a welding shop as the metal base glows bright orange on the edges of you try to use it for even 10 seconds

The wheels on the rotor shaft are flimsy and fall off.
