If you've got a high end machine, ok, but people with a slow machine aren't going to appreciate running a 300MB piece of software just to see charge level and flip a toggle to turn on 7.1 surround sound (appears to be simulated, and barely sound different)

The Headset is made of cheap plastic, and is engineered poorly

The left earmuff is now loose and the sharp internal plastic bits from where the piece broke off now would dig into my scalp if I wear it.

price!Unfortunately, I'm have to give it 3.5 stars because of the "weak-spot" at the ear-piece joint (but I would have given them 5 stars for the quality at this price, if it didn't have that weak joint).

Simple things like adding a new EQ setting are buried in strange spots in the software (under 'Instant Lighting'...?)

I am usually on my computer for 12 Hours a day, so my equipment can take a beating (not because I am careless, but because although I am careful with my equipment, it just gets used a lot).Overall the sturdiness and quality is good; however there is a design weak-spot at the narrow point where the thick metal-core inside the headband attaches to the ear-pieces.

I specifically bought this set for durability, and was disappointed that the most durable set I have ever bought still has a weak-spot that can break so easily :-(As for the sound, it is really great!

Overall i think these headphones are a steal, would recommend to anyone trying to save a couple bucks at the cost of a little background noise pickup.
