This piece is nice, I placed it under one of my shelves to put my gaming headset and music headset and it hasn't fallen

it holds my headphones good

You can still put them in but the screw head would not sit flush since it's being driven at an angle and could possibly scratch the headphones while mounting

I found the sticky pads to be more than sufficient to hold a pair of headphones.
