I love the computer, but not too impressed with their customer service or the person in charge of installing the hard drives.
The cage for the hard drive hadn't been properly installed (and the person who installed it had to have been aware of it), so it was sitting at an angle and it put pressure on the hard drive cable, which had broken
I'm not a huge fan of the case setup as it there is no place for an internal optical drive, and additional hard drives will require modification to the case interior
