These refills seem to last a long time and do not leak as other refills do

I took a long time to order a Fisher Space Pen, because I favored fountain pens but while traveling, if one needs to label receipts, most ball pint and fountain pens won't work well.

To clarify, after some use, the Space Pen seems to collect ink at the tip when idle
With any point but the fine point, I have found the ink smears and smudges (although the manufacturer denies this allegation).The refills fit Parker type pens using a plastic extension that comes with the refills
and I noticed that if I roll the ball one direction the ink is more faint vs. rolling it the other direction.
Although it is a little pricey it is definitely worth the price to have a good dependable ink refill.
