With the work I did on it myself, it works fine and is now fairly even, and like I said, the taller height is just about right for me

the harp was now at the right height, but still not angled properly.

That lowered the harp a couple of inches, making it the perfect height for the way I use it.

I don't know about re bending the metal frame for proper harmonica alignment on mouth, I really did not have a problem with that when playing, it seems to me that the height and position where it holds the harmonica, it's just fine for me

I also much prefer the height of the other holder, as this one is a bit too high for my tastes

It worked exactly as expected and I was happy, so I reordered to get a second

This is a very useful aid for any musician who needs to multi-task and keep their hands free for use on another instrument like guitar or keyboard

To change out harps bite down on your harp, use your hands to depress the tabs on either side and then pull your head back sliding the harp out as you do, to insert a new one place your harp in your mouth, depress tabs and use your mouth to center the harp in between the plates, when it is in position release tabs making sure not to get your lips caught between the harmonica and the plates as they pinch shut.

I've had mine less than a week, I can't stop using it...also great for multitasking as I can play my harp hands free.

Like other have noted, there is a chemical smell when you first get it.

The metal on the round wire neck piece does not provide enough surface friction.

The plastic does stink initially but soon goes away.

They store them folded which means the tubing is likely butchered where it meets the Harp clamp edge

that said, the reason for 3 stars, and not 4, is because the tubing that is used for the neck portion has a funky, strong, acrid odor
