Great company, great product, and AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
Charger was super stiff at the top, that was fine however as it was charging fine, weeks later the charger has disconnect issues and accessory not recognized error pop u frequently
Anker also has good customer service and longer warranty!
Updated stars from 1 to 4 because of great customer service.
Would buy Anker products again just based on the great customer support.

This is normally where the cable breaks so this is an excellent design
I was recommended by a friend to buy Anker cables due to good reviews based on durability, only to be very disappointed as I was tossing them into the garbage can since both Ankler cables broke several weeks apart from each other
** Anker replaced the cable and so far everything is working as it is supposed to.
I want one that lasts so I stop making e-waste!Update 11/18/17 - I bumped this up to 4 stars from 3 because Anker has some stellar customer service
This cable works as well as, perhaps better, than Apple cables; the connection at the connector head is better sealed, so doesn't break.
