picture is great when focused properly was easy to install on my pc ,the draw backs are that the stand is not fully metal and quite light, the focus wheel is a little stiff so take 2 hands to focus properly. and keep object in center, trying with 1 hand will often knock scope over or move stand from position or bend adjustment angle out of set position

Performs very well for a small portable handheld scope.

After 5 different app downloads and delettions one finally semi worked enough to actually use the camera unfortunately by this time the usb/android adapter bent leaving the scope inoperable

Both of my android phones kept loosing connection with the device.

Not sure if the faulty connection is in the flip-style USB connector, in the LED light control or just some random place in the cable.

3-stars (and I think that is being quite generous because in reality the microscope is essentially unusable) is because of the bad USB connection - I have received two of these so far and both have exactly the same problem - the USB loses connection with even the slightest movement of the cord.

without the stand its almost impossible to get good pictures also the cord keeps wiggling and knocking it out of my charger port very aggravating besides that, it does exactly what it says so all in all bot a bad buy

We contacted support email address from the brochure and they recommended to disable driver signature checks on our Windows computer and then using their drivers

well I just got

I had trouble loading the driver for using the Amcap application but the seller provided excellent support to get the microscope working at high detail magnification.

I used the drivers on the included mini disc but it did not work

The only downside that I have encountered is the stand, which at certain angles is a bit top-heavy

It lags on the screen a bit and sometimes picks up but in the recording, it is smooth

You'll have to struggle a bit to get the software loaded, but load it does and then off you go

A bit difficult to figure out the light at first, but overall this is a very satisfactory product for anyone wanting to peer into the microscopic world!

The only issue is that the stand is a bit hard to adjust.
